About IMF-JC
Organization Structure

The IMF-JC holds an annual convention in early September at which the year's activities are initiated. The National Convention is the highest decision-making body, which deliberates and adopts a two-year action program (in the interim year making any necessary modifications to its policies) and elects its officers for a term of two years.
The Central Committee meeting is held in early December. Its main function is to adopt a policy for the Comprehensive Life Struggle in spring to achieve better working and living conditions for our members.
Executive Committee meeting oversees the Secretariat which convenes as necessary to conduct concrete day-to-day operations based on the Action Program. Special Committee meets to advise the Executive Committee on policy making.
The mandate of the Top Officers' Conference is to deliberate on high-level strategy and coordinate operations. It refers specific issues to the General Secretaries' Conference for examination.
During the struggle for better working and living conditions, the Top Officers' Conference assumes the role of a Tactical Committee, and the Executive Committee meeting that of the Central Struggle Committee to direct and coordinate the struggle.
